Flotilla 16-1, Tulsa, OK

The United States Coast Guard Auxiliary's primary mission is promoting recreational boating safety. Flotilla 16-1 offers a variety of public education training courses, vessel safety checks and marine safety visits. We also have the only operational aviation section in Oklahoma.

Flotilla 16-1 is committed to developing leaders, promoting teamwork, better communication and emphasizing diversity.  The collective experiences, skills, talents, perspective and cultures that each member brings to the Coast Guard Auxiliary are what make us strong.  The Auxiliary is a volunteer organization made up of all races, age, religious backgrounds, people with disabilities, and gender.

There are many opportunities in the Coast Guard Auxiliary in which to participate.  Follow this link to learn more about the Auxiliary.  If you are not from the Tulsa area you may find a Flotilla near you in the 8WR area that will be happy to hear from you and tell you more about joining the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
